Broomes Island Wedding Ricky & Meggan's Beautiful Day

It’s Thursday, the weekend is on its way! I’m so excited to share this beautiful wedding with you today! Not only because I love weddings, but this one is special. This one was for family. Being a military family we don’t always have the chance to live close to family. Thankfully these last few years we have only been a short drive away. So when we found out our cousin Meggan was marrying one of the best men we have met; we were beyond excited to only be a few hours from their Broomes Island Wedding!

The day was perfect! The clouds filled the sky and threatened to rain all morning. A beautiful drizzle showered guests as the ceremony began, but the temperature was perfect. A nice cool breeze filled the air and provided a perfectly comfortable day for everyone to enjoy! Meg & Ricky had a bet going that the other would be the first to cry when they saw each other for the first time. But the sweet tears of happiness started flowing before their eyes met. Ricky was teary eyed as he waited for his chance to turn around and see his beautiful bride. In the end it was Meg that lost the bet before her handsome man even turned around! The love in their eyes was the most amazing site to see that day. Their smiles really said it all!

Meg & Ricky, Thank you so much for allowing me to be a part of such a special moment on your wedding day! I will treasure it always. The love you two share is so beautiful. I love how y’all laugh, love and are fiercely loyal to family and friends. Your wedding day perfectly captured who you both are classy, fun and full of life! I wish you nothing but joy and happiness for many years to come.
